Eyes are the most important feature of our face and it is said that eyes can express a lot of emotions. It is important to take care of them and a good eye make up would do wonders and enhance the look of a person.
Dark eye makeup has been into fashion since a long time. It is also called the “Smokey look”. In order to get the perfect look follow a few steps.
- The first step is blending. The colors should be blended well and it is also important to blend light colors with dark rich colors. The colors that are gold base and deep purple on top.
- Before applying eye shadow blend it with mac paint as its a little oily and prevents from wrinkles on the eyelids. Then apply eye shadow.
- If you are choosing colors like back, brown or gray for a Smokey look apply eyeliner of the similar color. The eyeliner should be a little thick in the middle of the eye and for better results one can use colors like purple, blue or deep green liner.
- For the lower eyelid apply a lighter eyeliner and smudge it a little to give it a Smokey look.
- To make it look more attractive apply a little shimmer on the brow-bone.
- After the base color is applied well with the eyeliner it time to apply a deep color and make sure the eyeliner gets blended with it.
- To complete the Smokey look apply lots of mascara to your eye lashes. This makes it look thick and long.
This look is not seasonal and one can wear it for any occasion and since this makeup would enhance your look you are all set to flatter people around.
